Description

I have never tried this recipe because I have developed a bias for Texas flavored barbecue but if it's as good as my other recipe it will also hit the spot.

Ingredients

  • 1 c Heinz Catsup
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 T liquid smoke
  • 1 T hickory salt
  • 4 dr tobasco sauce
  • 1⁄2 t mustard

Instructions

Mix all items and refrigerate.  No cooking needed.  Good on country style pork ribs.  DO NOT USE CATSUP OTHER THAN HEINZ!!
