Description

Fun Pie that tastes like apples without all the peeling

Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 2 c Water
  • 2 T Lemon Juic
  • 2 T Cream of Tartar
  • Cinnammon
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 1 Deep dish pie shell

Instructions

Bring water and sugar to a boil in medium saucepan.  Add Cream of tartar and lemon juice and simmer for 10 minutes.

Arrange entire sleeve Ritz crackers in pie shell and pour on syrup. Dust with Cinnammon toping

Bake @ 425F for 30 mins.  It will still look soupy

 

Allow to cool 2-3 hours before serving
